SENIOR AI / ML ENGINEER @ HTD RESOURCES
HTD Resources is seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX, for a long-term project. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, including the design of user-facing AI tools and intelligent applications. You will develop robust backend and full-stack systems using Python or TypeScript, while working with advanced technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and next-gen Agentic AI frameworks. In this role, you will also integrate open-source tools, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases into our cloud-based deployments on AWS. We are looking for an experienced professional with over 8 years of expertise who is passionate about building scalable AI-driven products. This position offers relocation within Texas and is open to various visa types except Green Card or GC EAD. Candidates will be expected to manage complex AI-driven product lifecycles and contribute to next-generation AI innovations in a dynamic team environment. Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in AI and Machine Learning engineering.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript.
Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Strong understanding and experience with Multi-modal AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
Experience with cloud-based deployments, particularly on AWS or similar platforms.
Ability to work with and integrate orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
Proven track record of designing user-facing AI tools and intelligent applications.
Capability to develop and maintain robust backend and full-stack systems.
Familiarity with context management in complex AI-driven products.
Ability to collaborate effectively on long-term projects under C2C or W2 employment terms.
