Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of total experience in collaboration engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
Expertise in Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) or Webex (On Prem/VC) solutions.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot core CMS components like Call Bridge clustering and Web Bridge.
Proficiency in managing Database replication and Recorder/Streamer components.
Experience leveraging CMS APIs to configure advanced parameters not available in the GUI.
Demonstrated ability to automate bulk provisioning tasks via API.
Strong Python scripting skills for health checks, log analysis, and routine maintenance.
Knowledge of DevOps practices including version control with Git.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible.
Solid understanding of enterprise-level network engineering and unified communications.
