We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at our ICT firm in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will work alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on various layers of the infrastructure for our dynamic company.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong knowledge of back-end languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services architecture.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challenges.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines consistently.
