Key Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design.
Proven expertise in 3D design software and spatial rendering tools.
Ability to relocate to Tanzania from Pakistan, India, or Bangladesh.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful event and exhibition projects.
Experience working within a marketing services or creative agency environment.
Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to translate briefs into 3D environments.
Proficiency in managing design deadlines and multi-tasking on several projects.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Understanding of structural integrity and materials for physical exhibition builds.
Fluency in English to facilitate communication in an international team.
