SR. NETWORK SYSTEM ENGINEER @ HR PUNDITS
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Network System Engineer to join our team in Middletown, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and analysis of complex telecom and network systems across Layers 2, 3, and 4. You will apply your expertise in network protocols, system design, and requirements engineering to ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry-standard TMF frameworks, specifically focusing on Open APIs, SID, and eTOM. The position requires a hands-on approach to creating detailed documentation and overseeing the lifecycle of network system development.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in the telecom domain and be proficient with industry tools such as DOORS, Jira, and Wireshark. You will be tasked with configuring and troubleshooting various protocols including BGP, MPLS, OSPF, and VLANs to maintain robust network infrastructure. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity available to US Citizens and Green Card holders only. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance networking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our telecommunications clients.

Key Requirements
Expertise in L2/L3/L4 networking protocols including VLAN, STP, and OSPF.
In-depth knowledge of BGP and MPLS for large-scale network environments.
Proven experience in requirements documentation and system design.
Familiarity with TMF frameworks such as Open APIs, SID, and eTOM.
Proficiency in using DOORS and Jira for requirements management and tracking.
Hands-on experience with Wireshark for packet analysis and troubleshooting.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications domain.
Ability to analyze and design complex telecom system architectures.
Strong understanding of TCP/UDP protocols and network performance tuning.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (USC & GC Only).
