CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT @ HR ADVANTAGE

Key Requirements
Oversee and manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project progress.

Lead, coordinate, and supervise various construction crews and subcontractors.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Monitor the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets high industry standards.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and manage inventory on the construction site.
Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and host progress meetings with stakeholders.
Resolve on-site conflicts and troubleshoot technical construction issues as they arise.
