Key Requirements
Hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field
Possess a valid Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit (MHC-LP) in New York
Demonstrate a commitment to trauma-informed care and practice
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client rapport
Commitment to professional ethics and HIPAA privacy standards
