TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER @ HOLYWINGS GROUP
Holywings Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within our growing organization. This includes sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify the best fit for our unique culture. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both the company and the candidates.
In addition to active recruitment, you will focus on building robust talent pipelines and maintaining updated candidate databases to support future staffing requirements. Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferably has experience in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and interview skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job portals.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
