The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the center's daily operations, including program facilitation and community outreach efforts. Key Requirements
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse community members.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as required by events.
Proficiency in basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheet management.
Previous experience in community outreach, public service, or recreation programs.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to the residents of West Michigan.
High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
Ability to assist in the setup and breakdown of community events and programs.
Knowledge of local community resources and a passion for public engagement.
