HR EXECUTIVE @ HITECH JOB
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage human resources operations at our Raipur location. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, handling employee relations, and overseeing various administrative tasks to support our growing workforce. The salary for this position is between 25,000 and 35,000/- per month depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive work environment and ensuring that all HR policies are implemented consistently. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records. You will also serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Proficiency in managing payroll and employee benefits.
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Ability to conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
