Hitech Job is seeking an experienced CFO Financial Head to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This senior leadership role involves overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. The salary for this position is 1,50,000/- per month. You will be responsible for ensuring the long-term financial health and growth of the organization while leading a dedicated finance team.

Key Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial head role.
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
Proficiency in strategic financial planning.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Experience in managing financial audits.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or ERP systems.
Professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, or MBA Finance.
Ability to provide strategic insights for business growth.
