Monthly salary for this position is based on experience: Entry-Level $12,000 – $16,000 USD, Mid-Level $16,000 – $22,000 USD, and Senior-Level $22,000 – $30,000 USD. Key Requirements
15+ years of technology leadership experience.
At least 5+ years as CTO, VP of Engineering, or an equivalent executive role.
Proven experience scaling engineering teams and modern tech stacks.
Deep expertise in software development and architecture.
Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and operational excellence.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business outcomes.
Experience in global or multi-regional environments.
Ability to drive emerging technology adoption and intellectual property strategy.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
