CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) @ HIRING TEAM LEADER GCC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our high-growth executive team in the USA. This role is pivotal in driving our global financial strategy, overseeing risk management, and maintaining strong investor relations. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure long-term sustainability. The compensation package includes a monthly salary of $12,000 to $30,000 USD based on experience, complemented by a substantial annual performance bonus and equity opportunities.

Key Requirements
15 years of comprehensive finance and accounting experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO or VP Finance capacity.
In-depth expertise in US GAAP and international IFRS standards.
Experience with SEC reporting and US capital markets is an asset.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to partner effectively with a CEO.
CPA or MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred.
Ability to navigate complex international tax and legal regulations.
Proven track record in executing successful M&A transactions.
