Hiring Hub 365 is seeking to expand its recruitment network by collaborating with experienced Sub Vendors and Freelancers across the Pan India region. This strategic partnership focuses on Mid to Senior Level Hiring within both IT and Non-IT sectors, leveraging external expertise to fulfill diverse talent requirements. The engagement is based on a revenue-sharing or payment-sharing model, making it an ideal opportunity for independent recruiters or small staffing firms looking to scale their business through high-impact placements.
As a collaborator, you will be expected to utilize your existing candidate databases and sourcing expertise to identify top-tier talent for various client needs. The role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, particularly in handling complex recruitment cycles for senior positions. Candidates will be placed across multiple locations throughout India, and successful partners will manage candidate relationships and submissions through our established process, with payments processed 30 to 60 days post-joining.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the staffing industry
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Must have a strong and active candidate database
Proven track record in Mid to Senior Level Hiring
Ability to work effectively across IT and Non-IT domains
Experience with candidate sourcing and screening tools
Understanding of the Indian recruitment market and legalities
Ability to work on a performance-based revenue sharing model
Commitment to maintaining high quality and professional standards
Capability to work independently as a freelancer or sub-vendor
