We are seeking 40 dedicated individuals for the role of US Collections - Process Expert at our contact center in Noida Sector-64. This position is part of our 3P Collections vertical, focusing on international voice collection processes. The role requires handling US-based accounts, which necessitates working in rotational or night shifts to align with US business hours. The salary package is competitive, offering up to ₹6.34 LPA CTC, which includes an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 and an allowance of ₹8,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in US debt collections or international voice processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in a rotational or night shift environment.
Ability to handle high-volume outbound and inbound collection calls.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate debt recovery.
Familiarity with US collection laws and regulatory requirements such as FDCPA.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
