WORKDAY HCM INTEGRATION AND CONVERSION LEAD @ HIRETEQ
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Integration and Conversion Lead for an immediate hiring opportunity in Irving, TX. This position is a 9-month contract with a high possibility of extension or transitioning into a full-time role. The work structure is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be onsite four days a week with Fridays designated for remote work. This role is strictly for local candidates, and the company does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
The successful candidate will lead technical initiatives related to HRIS and ERP data conversion, focusing heavily on Workday implementations. Key responsibilities include developing and managing integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors, while also generating custom reports to meet business needs. You will be expected to utilize your proficiency in SQL, XSLT, and XML to handle complex data transformation logic and ensure successful full life-cycle implementations of the Workday HCM suite.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP data conversion and integrations.
At least 3+ years of specific experience in Workday implementations.
Proven expertise with Workday Studio for complex integration builds.
Hands-on experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
In-depth knowledge of Workday Core Connectors.
Advanced proficiency in creating Workday Custom Reports.
Strong technical skills in SQL for data querying and management.
Expertise in XSLT for data mapping and transformation.
Proficiency in XML for integration messaging.
Proven ability to handle complex data transformation logic.
Experience leading at least two full life-cycle Workday HCM implementations.
Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Irving, TX.
