SR. CYBER SECURITY ARCHITECT @ HIRETEQ
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Cyber Security Architect to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This is a critical role requiring a professional with a deep technical background in security design and infrastructure to ensure the robustness of our networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex security projects and implementing advanced defense mechanisms across the organization. This position is strictly 100% onsite, ensuring direct collaboration with the local infrastructure team. The successful candidate will leverage extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto technologies and Cisco networking hardware. Key responsibilities include managing SIEM systems, designing secure architectures, and maintaining infrastructure integrity. We prefer local candidates, although we are open to those willing to relocate from nearby states to the Santa Ana area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a security professional to lead high-level technical strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto products including Panorama, Cortex, NGFW, EDR, and XSOAR.
Strong foundational knowledge of cyber security principles and practices.
Experience in SIEM Management with a preference for XSIAM.
Proven expertise in Security Design and Architecture.
In-depth understanding of Network Security and Infrastructure.
Technical proficiency with Cisco ISE and networking hardware like Routers and Switches.
Professional security certifications such as CISSP are highly preferred.
Ability to work 100% onsite at the Santa Ana, CA location.
Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex network environments.
Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
