The successful candidate will lead product development initiatives and ensure high-quality standards across various product lines such as UHT, SCM, and condiments. The role involves hands-on management of R&D activities for products including mayonnaise, ketchup, yoghurt, jelly, and juice. You will be responsible for ingredient development and optimizing existing processes to meet market demands in Africa. Key Requirements
8-10 years in R&D Dairy and Non-Dairy sectors.
Minimum 2 years experience in ingredient development activities.
Hands-on experience in UHT, SCM, Mayonnaise, and Ketchup.
Expertise in Yoghurt, Jelly, and Juice production technologies.
Bachelor Degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or Chemistry.
Candidate must be above 35 years of age.
Previous experience working in African markets, specifically Angola is a plus.
Strong knowledge of R&D processes and product development workflows.
Ability to relocate and work in Angola for an international assignment.
Proven track record in managing raw material and finished product quality.
Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
