ACCOUNTANT (MID-LEVEL) @ HIRECREST
This position seeks a dynamic Finance professional with significant manufacturing industry experience to lead and manage end-to-end financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial landscape of the manufacturing unit, ensuring that all accounting cycles are completed accurately and on time. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organization through rigorous oversight of general ledger reviews and intercompany reconciliations to support corporate transparency.
Key focus areas include the supervision of debtors and creditors control, as well as the implementation of ERP process improvements to streamline workflows. The role involves detailed monthly production costing and variance analysis, requiring a professional who can reconcile cost and financial data effectively. Key Requirements
CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in finance.
Proven background within the manufacturing industry.
Extensive experience in accounts reconciliation and payment processing.
Deep understanding of compliance and month-end entries.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and daily financial report generation.
Ability to handle general ledger (GL) reviews and intercompany reconciliation.
Strong experience in the supervision of debtors and creditors control.
Expertise in monthly production costing and variance analysis.
Solid track record in team handling and driving ERP process improvements.
