GROUP DIRECTOR – CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE @ HIRE TALENT GCC
We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Group Director to oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management across our regional operations. This pivotal role involves establishing robust governance frameworks aligned with international standards and advising executive leadership and board committees on critical policy and strategic issues. The successful candidate will lead the development and oversight of enterprise risk management strategies to ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions while fostering ethical and transparent corporate practices. This position offers a competitive executive salary between AED 65,000 and 95,000 per month, depending on experience.
In addition to the base salary, the role includes an annual governance performance bonus, an executive insurance package, and a retirement plan. The Group Director will be deeply involved in strategic board-level engagement, shaping the future of the organization's corporate integrity and risk posture in the GCC region. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, suitable for a leader with over 15 years of specialized experience and a proven track record in board advisory roles.

Key Requirements
Degree in Law, Business, or Corporate Governance.
15+ years of experience in governance and compliance leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory and corporate frameworks.
Extensive experience in board advisory and policy implementation.
High-level expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Ability to establish governance frameworks aligned with international standards.
Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for board-level engagement.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive ethical corporate practices.
Experience in managing enterprise risk management programs.
Ability to work in a high-pressure executive environment in Dubai.
