TEAM LEADER (FIELD SALES / FINTECH) @ HIGHSPRING
We are seeking a dynamic and natural leader to fill the role of Team Leader for our Field Sales and Fintech division across multiple locations in India, including Chennai and various parts of Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our field sales operations, responsible for building strong client relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding daily sales targets. You will be expected to master the market landscape for our innovative digital fintech products, ensuring our competitive edge through strategic planning and execution.

Key Requirements
Graduate degree (Mandatory).
Solid track record in Field Sales or the Fintech sector.
Self-motivated and strong natural leadership skills.
