We are looking for competent and compassionate Medical Doctors to join the clinical team at Heri Adventist Hospital in Kigoma. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for general patient consultations, emergency care, and supporting various departments within the hospital. Key Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or MD.
Successful completion of a recognized medical internship.
Registration with the relevant Medical Practitioners Board.
Capability to perform minor surgical procedures and emergency care.
Excellent diagnostic skills for general medical conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Willingness to adhere to Adventist health principles and ethics.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Resilience and ability to work in a rural mission setting.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
