The role involves managing complex adult illnesses and providing specialized care for chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of internal medicine and a commitment to delivering evidence-based medical care to the Kigoma region.

Key Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree.
Postgraduate specialization in Internal Medicine.
Current and valid medical practice license in Tanzania.
Proven experience in managing diverse internal medicine cases.
Ability to lead clinical rounds and mentor junior medical staff.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in clinical settings.
High level of professional integrity and medical ethics.
Alignment with God-fearing and mission-oriented values.
Excellent proficiency in both English and Swahili.
Ability to handle emergency medical situations effectively.
