Key Requirements
Diploma in Nursing from a recognized training institution.
Valid nursing license to practice in Tanzania.
Solid understanding of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
Experience in a hospital ward environment is preferred.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety.
Excellent verbal communication skills for patient interaction.
Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical conduct and patient confidentiality.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
