Heidelberg Materials Egypt is looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Support professional to join our dynamic commercial team. This role is central to streamlining our sales operations and providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex sales workflows, managing customer relations databases, and ensuring that all transactions and documentation are handled with the highest level of accuracy and professional standards.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably at a senior level.
Proficiency in CRM software and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret complex sales reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of the building materials or construction industry in Egypt.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in contract and order management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
