MASTER-LEVEL CLINICIAN (MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST) @ HEAL HOPE COUNSELING
Heal Hope Counseling is looking for a Master-level Clinician specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) to work in Cleveland, TN. This role involves providing systemic therapy to couples and families experiencing relational distress, life transitions, and mental health challenges. The clinician will conduct detailed relational assessments, formulate robust treatment goals, and apply specialized MFT models to achieve positive outcomes for clients. We seek an empathetic professional skilled in navigating complex family dynamics.
The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for LMFT licensure in Tennessee and demonstrate competence in handling a diverse caseload. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other clinicians to ensure integrated and holistic client care. Key Requirements
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a related field.
Current licensure or license-eligible status as an LMFT in Tennessee.
Demonstrated experience in couples and family systemic therapy.
Ability to conduct comprehensive relational assessments.
Skill in applying various models of MFT (e.g., Structural, Strategic, CBT).
Proficiency in handling complex family dynamics and crises.
Strong commitment to ethical guidelines and professional development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Capacity for detailed clinical documentation.
