MASTER-LEVEL CLINICIAN (CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER) @ HEAL HOPE COUNSELING
We are hiring a Master-level Clinician specializing in Clinical Social Work for our Cleveland, TN location. The Clinical Social Worker will utilize a person-in-environment perspective to provide comprehensive clinical services, including psychosocial assessment, individual and group therapy, and expert case management. This role requires a strong focus on client advocacy and connecting individuals and families with essential community resources to address barriers to mental wellness.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for LCSW licensure in Tennessee. Key responsibilities include proficient clinical documentation, navigating complex systems on behalf of clients, and performing crisis intervention and risk assessments. Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Current licensure or license-eligible status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
Experience in micro, mezzo, and macro social work practice.
Proficiency in case management and resource linkage.
Ability to perform psychosocial assessments.
Skills in providing individual and group therapy utilizing clinical models.
Knowledge of community resources and advocacy techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
