BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE- 4 POST @ HAND IN HAND EASTERN AFRICA (TZ)
Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (TZ) is seeking four enthusiastic Business Development Trainees to join our team in Moshi. This role is designed for motivated individuals looking to kickstart their careers in the non-profit sector, specifically focusing on community empowerment and economic development. The trainees will work closely with seasoned professionals to learn the ropes of business identification, training modules, and field operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with local communities.
Strong commitment to poverty reduction and community empowerment missions.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in both English and Swahili for effective communication in the region.
