Gulf Resource Consultants Ltd (GRC) is inviting organizations and skilled individuals to partner with them as an Ethical Recruitment Partner, specifically focusing on sourcing and deploying reliable manpower from Burundi to countries within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. GRC is committed to supporting international employers by maintaining a large, deployment-ready pipeline of both skilled and unskilled workers, including Heavy Equipment Operators, Trailer & Heavy Truck Drivers, Construction Workforce, Logistics & General Labor, and Hospitality & Service Staff. All candidates are professionally screened and prepared for GCC markets, enabling fast and compliant mobilization.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in international recruitment or human resources management, particularly focused on GCC placements.
Deep understanding of labor laws and ethical recruitment practices in Burundi and the Gulf region.
Ability to source, screen, and prepare a diverse pipeline of skilled and unskilled workers.
Strong networking capabilities with local government bodies and labor organizations in Burundi.
Demonstrated commitment to worker welfare and ethical employment standards (Zero service charge, compliant hiring).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for fostering employer partnerships.
Experience in mobilization logistics and ensuring compliant deployment procedures.
Knowledge of market demand for various labor categories (e.g., Heavy Equipment Operators, Hospitality Staff).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Inferred).
Fluency in French and English/Kirundi (Inferred).
