Strong networking capabilities with local government bodies and labor organizations in Tanzania. Experience in mobilization logistics and ensuring compliant deployment procedures. Knowledge of market demand for various labor categories (e.g., Heavy Equipment Operators, Hospitality Staff). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Inferred). Fluency in English and Swahili (Inferred).
