Gulf Asia Contracting WLL is currently hiring a Millwright Fitter for our operations in Qatar. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy industrial machinery and equipment. You will be expected to ensure that all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and safely. Key Requirements
Experience in installing and maintaining industrial machinery.
Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment using hand/power tools.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematic diagrams.
Knowledge of precision tools like levels, calipers, and micrometers.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on motors.
Understanding of mechanical systems including conveyors and pumps.
Strong spatial orientation and mechanical aptitude.
Vocational degree or apprenticeship in millwrighting.
Ability to work long hours in an industrial environment.
Strong adherence to lockout/tagout and other safety procedures.
