Guangzhou Raphael Logistics Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced Chinese Crane Operator to join their urgent project team in Tanzania. This role requires immediate deployment and focuses primarily on operating heavy XCMG cranes, specifically models ranging from 50 to 250 tons, for complex and heavy lifting operations on site. Key responsibilities include strict adherence to lifting plans and safety protocols, performing comprehensive daily inspections and basic maintenance of the equipment, and actively coordinating with site engineers and dedicated rigging teams to ensure the lifting processes are executed safely, precisely, and efficiently. Candidates must demonstrate high safety awareness and a commitment to operational excellence in challenging environments.
Successful candidates must possess proven experience (minimum 3 years) operating XCMG cranes within the 50
–250 ton range and must hold a valid driving license required for overseas assignments. While Mandarin proficiency is implied for a Chinese operator, the ability to communicate in basic English is mandatory for site coordination. Prior experience working on overseas projects is highly advantageous.
