Key Requirements
Speak fluent Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Speak fluent Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.).
Speak fluent analytics (tracking, reporting, optimization).
Proven history of building conversion-focused funnels.
High level of autonomy and responsibility.
Ability to execute fast and meet high standards.
Low ego and zero tolerance for mediocrity.
Expert knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Budget management and forecasting expertise.
Ability to rapidly iterate based on data insights.
