TEAM LEADER IN HVAC MODELING USING REVIT MEP @ GREENCAD
Greencad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader specializing in HVAC modeling using Revit MEP to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will take a primary role in managing a team of modelers, ensuring the production of high-quality BIM deliverables that meet project standards and client expectations. This role involves significant coordination with internal project teams and external partners, including architects and structural engineers, to ensure seamless integration of MEP services. Possible regional locations mentioned in the scope include Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha.
Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing complex HVAC models, performing detailed clash detection using Navisworks, and maintaining rigorous BIM standards across all documentation and workflows. The Team Leader will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, and supporting project managers in the planning and execution of deliverables. We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HVAC modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP software for HVAC systems.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of BIM modelers.
In-depth knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Strong understanding of international BIM standards and documentation workflows.
Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, structural teams, and MEP disciplines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a project environment.
Experience in the full project delivery lifecycle from design to construction.
Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Capability to support project managers in planning and scheduling deliverables.
