QA LEAD – ECOMMERCE DOMAIN @ GREENBAY IT
This is a full-time, permanent position for a QA Lead specialized in the Ecommerce domain, based in Bangalore operating on a hybrid work mode. The role involves leading quality assurance teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, overseeing critical testing initiatives across various browsers and devices to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate ecommerce features such as product catalogs, inventory, promotions, and checkout flows, ensuring high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience with modern automation frameworks and ecommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Commercetools. Beyond technical execution, the role requires a strategic approach to performance metrics and bug reporting, as well as a deep understanding of headless commerce and MACH principles. This role offers the opportunity to drive quality standards for a major ecommerce platform while mentoring junior QA engineers and managing cross-functional communication.

Key Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven expertise within the ecommerce domain, specifically with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Commercetools.
In-depth understanding of ecommerce features including product catalogs, promotions, inventory management, checkout processes, search, and SEO.
Proficiency in QA automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress, or Playwright.
Hands-on experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack or SauceLabs.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and tag validation techniques.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to oversee QA teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
