This role is pivotal for our technical office, where you will be responsible for overseeing architectural modeling and ensuring the high-quality delivery of our construction projects. The successful candidate will work directly at the project site, managing coordination between various engineering disciplines including structural, electrical, and mechanical. Candidates should possess a strong background in architecture with significant experience in a technical office environment. Proficiency in BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD 3D is essential for success in this role. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture (a must)
5 – 8 years of experience in a Technical Office role
Solid experience within the construction industry
Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM) for architectural modeling
Proficient in AutoCAD 3D
Strong coordination skills across structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
Preparation and review of shop drawings and technical submittals
Deep understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
