The Grand Club Lounge Manager at Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa will oversee the full operation of the exclusive Grand Club Lounge. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Forbes Five-Star standards, providing an unparalleled experience for our most discerning guests. You will lead a high-performing team, bridging the operations between Rooms and Food & Beverage to create a seamless retreat of elegance and personalized attention.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in luxury hotel operations with a strong background in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
Previous experience managing or supervising an Executive/Club Lounge in a 5-star or ultra-luxury property.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with VIP and high-profile guests.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach and develop a team.
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized, memorable experiences.
Thorough knowledge of food & beverage service standards, wine, and premium offerings.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Pre-opening experience is highly desirable for this phase of the resort.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operations simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
Proficiency in property management systems and hospitality technology platforms.
