Key Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in the Houston commercial lending market.
Proven track record of consistent annual loan production.
Extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending.
Deep knowledge and experience in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) lending.
Maintain and bring a strong book of business within the Houston region.
Ability to thrive in a community-focused bank culture.
Strong credit analysis and loan underwriting skills.
Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and regulations in Houston.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle high-level clients.
Capacity to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
