MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – MARKET RESEARCH & EXPANSION @ GO GARAGE
Go Garage is expanding its footprint and is currently seeking ambitious Management Trainees for Market Research & Expansion. This role is more than just an internship; it is a specialized program designed to groom the next generation of leaders within India's fastest-growing multi-brand automobile service network. Trainees will be responsible for conducting on-the-ground field market research, analyzing potential locations for network expansion, and supporting the development of business growth strategies. You will work closely with our operations and leadership teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in our expansion efforts.
The positions are available across several major urban hubs in India, including Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Indore, Bhopal, Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, and Lucknow. Successful candidates will receive an internship stipend of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 plus a travel allowance. Upon successful evaluation of the internship period, candidates have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a compensation package ranging from ₹3.0 to ₹4.5 LPA.

Key Requirements
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an MBA program.
A strong academic or professional background in Marketing or Operations is preferred.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills for reporting and networking.
A strong willingness to travel extensively for field-based research activities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
Basic proficiency in data collection tools and research methodologies.
