A Civil Foreman is required for immediate placement in Tanzania to supervise and coordinate construction site activities. The foreman will be responsible for overseeing the work of laborers and subcontractors, ensuring that the project adheres to blueprints and safety protocols. You will be the primary point of contact for site progress and will manage the efficient use of materials and equipment. The salary offered for this position is 600 – 800 USD per month.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Construction Supervisor
Deep knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
Strong leadership and ability to manage a diverse team of workers
Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor construction environments
Commitment to working a 9-hour daily duty shift
Readiness for international placement in Tanzania
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Basic computer literacy for site reporting
Vocational training or diploma in a construction-related field
