BARTENDER (BAR MAN) @ GLOBAL HR LIMITED
We are looking for a professional Bartender (Bar Man) to join a new restaurant establishment at Songwe Airport in Mbeya. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while maintaining a sophisticated bar environment. You will be expected to have a good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines to cater to a diverse international clientele. The monthly salary for this position is 400,000 TZS.
In addition to drink preparation, you will be responsible for stock management, ensuring the bar is always fully equipped and clean. The ideal candidate will be engaging and able to provide an excellent experience for guests while adhering to all alcohol service regulations. Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
Ability to prepare drinks accurately and efficiently.
Excellent communication and social skills for guest interaction.
Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible serving practices.
Ability to keep the bar area organized and impeccably clean.
Experience in managing bar inventory and ordering supplies.
Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift heavy items.
Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes.
Basic math skills for handling cash and point-of-sale systems.
