Key Requirements
Manage end-to-end real estate development projects
Structure funding, investment, and capital stack solutions
Conduct feasibility studies, valuations, and market analysis
Coordinate construction, design, and stakeholder teams
Work with investors, developers, and financial partners
Proven experience as a real estate investment or financial analyst
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Knowledge of Canadian property investment and tax regulations
