Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Steel Fixer on construction sites
Comprehensive knowledge of bar bending schedules
Ability to read and understand structural drawings

Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
Knowledge of safety procedures on active construction sites
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat
Reliability and consistency in performing repetitive tasks
Strong collaborative skills for working in large crews
