WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT (WFM) FUNCTIONAL EXPERT – SCHEDULING & FORECASTING @ GENZEON
Genzeon is currently seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management (WFM) Functional Expert specializing in Scheduling and Forecasting. In this high-impact contract role, you will partner with a leading enterprise healthcare client to drive enterprise-wide scheduling, labor forecasting, and workforce optimization initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and overall transformation of enterprise WFM platforms to meet complex business needs. Work locations for this hybrid or remote role include Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Hartford, CT, and Woonsocket, RI. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in configuring and implementing major WFM solutions such as UKG Pro, Kronos, Infor, or Legion. Key duties include conducting fit-gap analyses, designing solution architectures, and integrating these platforms with HRIS systems like Workday and Payroll. You will also develop advanced reporting and analytics dashboards to provide meaningful workforce insights. This position offers a unique opportunity for functional leadership in a large-scale enterprise transformation project, working with cutting-edge technologies within the healthcare IT sector.
Key Requirements
Lead workforce forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling optimization.
Configure and implement WFM solutions such as UKG, Kronos, Infor, Legion, or Workbrain.
Drive functional design, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture.
Integrate WFM with HRIS, Workday, Payroll, and enterprise systems.
Develop reporting, analytics dashboards, and workforce insights.
Partner with business, HR, and engineering teams for successful delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in labor forecasting and workforce planning.
Proven experience with Workday or other major HRIS API integrations.
Ability to provide functional leadership during enterprise implementation phases.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise healthcare workforce requirements and compliance.
