Key Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Senior AR Specialist.
Specialized expertise in OB/GYN and Fertility billing.
Proficiency in billing software and RCM processes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in analyzing and resolving complex insurance claims.
Proven ability to identify payer trends and handle complex denials.
Track record of optimizing AR and revenue cycle workflows.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
