The successful candidate will also be responsible for crucial administrative and compliance functions, including preparing detailed reports, presenting operational updates to senior management, and strictly ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. A key element of this role is providing excellent customer and client service while assisting the leadership in planning and implementing vital business strategies necessary for growth in the local market. Experience in insurance or financial services and knowledge of policy documentation and client servicing are preferred.
