REQUIRED MANAGER @ GENERALI CENTRAL LIFE
Generali Central Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our APC Channel operations in Agra. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the daily operational activities of the assigned team and department, ensuring smooth workflow coordination across various internal departments, and supervising team members to help them achieve defined targets. This position requires a proactive leader capable of driving performance and maintaining high standards of organizational efficiency. The salary offered for this role ranges from ₹2,52,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for crucial administrative and compliance functions, including preparing detailed reports, presenting operational updates to senior management, and strictly ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. A key element of this role is providing excellent customer and client service while assisting the leadership in planning and implementing vital business strategies necessary for growth in the local market. Experience in insurance or financial services and knowledge of policy documentation and client servicing are preferred.
