Key Requirements
2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Web Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and professional projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design approaches.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure design feasibility.
Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps effectively.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet project deadlines.
