Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning.
Expertise in Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
Strong background in the construction and contracting industry.
Ability to develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Experience in resource leveling and productivity analysis.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex project data.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills for management review.
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Capacity to lead a team of planning engineers.
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle from inception to handover.
