This role, titled HR – Recruitment & Onboarding Internship, is designed to support the company's recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives during a period of rapid expansion. This is a remote opportunity with a flexible duration of 3 to 6 months, offering hands-on experience in vital HR functions for driven and proactive individuals interested in the field. The internship is available for university students and freshers, particularly those based in the USA and Canada, but is structured to allow work from anywhere with flexible hours.
Interns will work closely with senior HR professionals, focusing heavily on talent acquisition. Key responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates across various job boards, social media platforms, and outreach efforts, as well as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Furthermore, the intern will be crucial in supporting new hires through the onboarding process, preparing necessary employment documents, and assisting with orientation. The role also involves supporting organizational growth through market research on emerging trends and exploring potential collaboration opportunities with external contacts and business partners. Successful completion of the internship will result in the award of three professional certificates, offering a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Demonstrated interest in HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee onboarding.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work remotely for 3 to 6 months.
Experience or training in utilizing job boards and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Ability to screen and assess incoming resumes for relevance to job specifications.
Strong interpersonal skills required for effective candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring cycle.
