Key responsibilities include comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social media, and direct headhunting techniques. The intern will be responsible for posting and managing job openings across different recruitment platforms and university portals. Furthermore, daily tasks involve meticulously screening incoming resumes and applications, scheduling interviews for senior HR staff, and maintaining professional communication via email and LinkedIn with all applicants, ensuring timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements
